Delete Your Account

Effective date: May 9, 2026

This page explains how to delete your GOI account and what happens to your data. It applies to the GOI mobile game published by GETGOI OÜ.

Delete from inside the app

The fastest way:

1. Open GOI and go to **My Profile**. 2. Choose **Delete Account**. 3. If GOI detects an active App Store or Google Play subscription, it will first send you to the store to manage or cancel it. 4. Confirm with **Delete Anyway**.

Delete by email

If you can no longer sign in, email **info@getgoi.com** from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We may need to verify ownership before we act on the request.

What happens next

• Your account is scheduled for permanent deletion after the deletion period shown in the app, currently **14 days**. - During that period your account may be disabled and you may be signed out. - After the deletion period, GOI deletes the account data associated with your account, unless retention is required for legal, fraud prevention, security, dispute, tax, or regulatory reasons.

What gets deleted

• Firebase account record - Firestore user document and subcollections - Stored gameplay and profile data linked to your account - Blocked user records owned by your account - Moderation, report, and bug documents linked to your account — except where retention is needed for safety, legal, or abuse prevention - RevenueCat customer record linked to your GOI user ID

What is kept, and for how long

Records we are required to retain for legal, tax, safety, fraud prevention, dispute, or regulatory reasons are kept for as long as those obligations apply. Backup copies may persist for a limited period until overwritten in the normal backup cycle.

Subscriptions are separate

**Deleting your GOI account does not cancel App Store or Google Play billing.** Subscriptions must be cancelled through the store where you bought them. If you delete your account without cancelling, the store will keep charging you.
